“khachakk is all about creating Memories that to be cherished lifelong”.
A word that symbolizes the sound from a camera when shutter release button is pressed & you click a snap. Started by Manie Bhatia in early 2012 with a simple idea of creating Memories, khachakk has produced some great art professionally with 100% client satisfaction & have become one of the best wedding photography & film company in India.
At Khachakk, we like to keep things clean & simple. We truly believe that the real essence of beauty lies in its simplicity.
We work with a philosophy that memories are priceless & it should be preserved the way it deserves to be. It’s not always necessary to have a grand stage, huge sets & sparkling decor & a model couple to shoot a wedding beautifully. Some real moments of love & tenderness are good enough.
So be it a big fat grand celebration or a cozy, very private backyard wedding, “khachakk” will make it more special with its stunning, full of life, glamorous & unique style of storytelling captures.
We believe that a beautifully composed photograph can make each & every moment equally special & that differentiates it from just a snapshot. Stealing all those tiny cute hidden moments which come & go with the blink of an eye & composing those unexpected & surprising moments in a beautiful manner that it always feels fresh & perfect whenever you look at it.
Once a moment is gone, it’s gone forever. So preserve those special moments “the khachakk style” & own the treasure of memories which you will enjoy & cherish throughout your lifetime & generations to come.
PS. Here’s why we are among the best and finest wedding photographers in India.
“A restless mind in the quest for inner peace. A technocrat by choice & an artist by passion”.
Having more than 7 years of experience in the field of 3D Animation & Visual Effects for films, I have worked on several Bollywood & Hollywood projects as a CG Visual Effects Artist. Holding a B.tech degree in Computer Science has helped me a lot to cope up with the understanding of the technicalities of various software programs & equipment used in the process of filmmaking. To me, the camera is the best invention of mankind till date. A simple thought of freezing the moment forever just amazes me like no other. A moment captured beautifully in the form of a photograph is the only thing which matters & one can enjoy anytime, anywhere because, in the end, memories are all you have. Before stepping full time into photography, I was working in Singapore & was shooting weddings part time/weekends only. Photography to me is not just a source of living, but it is something which I live. I just love to freeze various emotions & expressions in different situations & scenarios. If I am shooting a wedding, I don’t work just as a wedding photographer you hired but I feel & enjoy the celebration as much as any other family member which eventually shows up in the photographs. You might realize it after some years while going through your wedding album with your children or grandchildren 🙂 .
In short, I just love to tell your story, my way!
“Everyone has its own story, so do we. And it all started with my own wedding…”
After 7 years of long & beautiful affair, we decided to tie the knot. It was like a fairy tale. After some hiccups, our parents agreed for our marriage (you know in India, inter-caste marriages are still a big issue & above that, ours was inter-religion :O). Having love for photography already, I brought my camera along with me for my wedding (can u beat that !). But I managed to click a few photographs only as everybody was yelling at me for not concentrating on the rituals. So I had to leave it with the wedding photographer we hired. Everything was so beautiful. A beautifully lit big garden with nicely decorated stage & beautifully designed sets with lots of beautiful people. But our photographer was only interested in the guests that come on the stage to wish us & posing us awkwardly to click. Seriously, it was AWKWARD. I could see some real magical moments happening in front of my eyes & wished our photographer to capture it all but… And the day comes when our photographer called & said that the album was ready to deliver. We were all very excited. But somewhere in my head I already knew what would be the result like. And I was absolutely right. Though my parents were enjoying it as it was almost same as their wedding photography (except the album style & print quality). The photographer had even used a few photographs which were clicked by me & I got appreciated for that. Soon after the wedding, I flew back to Singapore (I was working there as a 3D Visual Effects Artist) & by chance got an opportunity to shoot a Singaporean wedding. That day I discovered my interest, my love, my passion for the genre. I just loved everything about it. A lot of different people, culture, emotions, different situations & a different challenge in each situation. Above all, the client satisfaction, love & respect after seeing the photographs. It was an amazing feeling. That moment I thought, “this is it”. After shooting a few more weddings, both Chinese & Indian, I decided to invest my full time into it & came back to India to pursue it.
